Summeara is a highly regarded and experienced Osteopath with Postgraduate training. She has been a registered Osteopath since 2007. Prior to qualifying as an Osteopath, Summeara had a number of years of experience as a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage therapist which continues to lend her to a multidisciplinary approach.  Summeara has completed postgraduate training in Paediatric Osteopathy.

 

“As an osteopath, I strongly believe that for pain-free function of the body, the structure of the body must be addressed. So, using touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage in my treatments, I aim to to increase the mobility of joints, to relieve muscle tension, to enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues, and to help your body’s own healing mechanisms.”
