Nutritional Therapy

Elizabeth uses personalised nutritional strategies, incorporating the principles of Functional Medicine to support the health, well-being and exercise goals of her clients. This is a whole body approach which looks beyond symptoms to the underlying imbalances and unique individual factors, which may underpin them.

She is a registered Nutritional Therapist, who seeks to inform and educate on the importance of optimal nutrition to long term health, management of chronic conditions and sporting achievement.  She works on the basis that each person is unique and that dietary requirements may need to be personally tailored to optimise health.

She believes that keeping up to date with high quality scientific research and information is of fundamental importance and continually reviews the relevance of her recommendations to each individual that she works with.  Her particular interests include digestive health and auto-immune conditions, with a focus on giving her clients the support they need to manage their conditions and support their goals.

Her personal interest in sport and specialised training in this area, leads her to welcome those wishing to support their physical goals through nutrition.

Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Personalised Nutrition and is also a qualified NLP coaching practitioner.  She is a member of BANT (the professional body for Nutritional Therapy) and is regulated by the CNHC.  She is a Senior Associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine, a practising member of the ANLP and is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Elizabeth is always pleased to hear from those who would like an informal 'no strings' chat about whether Nutritional Therapy is right for them or who are simply interested in finding out more.
