I’m passionate about the role holistic treatments can play in maintaining health and well-being. A former teacher, I trained in Aromatherapy and Massage with Neals Yard Remedies and have continued to study various forms of massage and holistic treatments over the last eight years.

My treatments are designed to help unwind stressed bodies and minds, and to bring you back into balance. I use a range of techniques from both Easter and Western traditions, and pure organic oils.

Treatments are designed to meet your needs, adapting to any ailments, injuries, health concerns and conditions for your desired outcome. Whether you are suffering from niggling aches and pains, battling the effects of stress, living with a chronic health condition or just want some ‘me time’ to restore your balance, take an hour for yourself and allow the stress and tension to be soothed away.

I also offer onsite holistic treatments in companies, events, festivals and pamper parties and I teach adult education classes in Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy.
