Nutritional Therapy
Although I have a background in Information Technology I decided on a change of career after taking maternity leave on the birth of my first child. Whilst continuing with IT I studied with the University of West London achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Therapy. This degree is held to the standard demanded by BANT, the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
Since then I have been privileged to help clients with a wide range of health conditions including issues with conception, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure and much more.
Nutritional Therapy (NT) can help with health issues that sometimes feel too insignificant to take to the GP: such as sleep problems. It can also help with chronic conditions such as diabetes mellitus and acute problems such as muscle injury. Although NT is not a replacement to a consultation with a health professional it provides a valuable adjunct
