Holistic massage treats more than just physical tensions.
By giving you time to un-wind, relax and de-stress, it helps to restore your natural balance. Regular treatments help maintain good health in order to help prevent illness and allow you to function at your best.
 

I tailor each treatment to your individual needs by combining different techniques from pulsing and acupressure to thai, deep tissue and indian head massage; also adding stretches and rocking to work on the body’s energy centres and pathways.

 

Trained by the Academy of Natural Health in holistic massage,
I am MTI & ITEC qualified and a member of the Massage Training Institute Practitioners’ Association and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Subsequent treatments                        60 minutes £40

This is an oil based treatment on a couch that treats more than just physical tensions. By giving you time to un-wind, relax and de-stress, it helps to restore your natural balance.

 

On-Site Chair Massage

 

All treatments                                         30 minutes £20 

 

The convenience of chair massage is that no oils are used and you remain fully clothed. The massage focuses on the core muscle systems in the back, neck and shoulders, as well as paying attention to the head, arms and hands while you are seated in the specially-designed chair.
