Sophie uses an integrative approach and can offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychotherapy, Hypno-psychotherapy and many other well known tried and tested techniques.
