I run a friendly practice helping my clients to solve problems, achieve goals and improve their health and well being through a combination of Hypnotherapy and Stress Management Techniques.
I believe Hypnotherapy is a simple yet powerful way to modify thoughts and behaviour to overcome problems and improve your quality of life. It is a safe and effective therapy which has been used successfully for centuries to manage psychological and medical conditions and for self improvement. It is a straightforward process which combines physical relaxation with mental relaxation that focuses the mind inwards to make the desired changes.
Most people find Hypnosis a pleasant, positive and relaxing experience. It is nothing like you may have seen on stage or TV. You do not lose consciousness, control or need to disclose any private information about yourself. In fact it’s an empowering process that creates lasting change.

I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapist (NCH). I have further qualifications in hypnosis for infertility, childbirth and Irritable bowel syndrome. My background is in health care as a registered Nurse and Midwife followed by a career in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
